21. (Repealed).

21. No person shall practise veterinary medicine in Québec unless
(a)  he holds a permit;
(b)  he has complied with the requirements of this act and of the Professional Code (chapter C-26).
The first paragraph does not apply to acts performed by persons acting pursuant to a regulation adopted under subparagraph 3 of the first paragraph of section 6.1.
