37. Every person who infringes a provision of this Act or of the regulations or refuses to comply with an order given under this Act is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of not more than $500 in the case of a natural person, or to a fine of not more than $2,000 in the case of a legal person.

Every person who infringes a provision of this act or of the regulations or refuses to comply with an order given under this act is guilty of an offence and liable, on summary proceeding, in addition to the costs, to a fine of not more than $500 in the case of an individual, or to a fine of not more than $2 000 in the case of a corporation.
Part II of the Summary Convictions Act shall apply to such proceedings.
