M-4 - Master Pipe-Mechanics Act

22. This Act shall not affect the rights and privileges of
(a)  the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and its members under the Engineers Act (chapter I-9);
(b)  the Ordre des architectes du Québec and its members under the Architects Act (chapter A-21);
(c)  the members of the Ordre professionnel des technologues professionnels du Québec.
Furthermore, nothing in this Act shall prevent a technician in applied sciences from doing any work by virtue of the training given him in the technical schools governed by the Specialized Schools Act (chapter E-10) or in the colleges established pursuant to the General and Vocational Colleges Act (chapter C-29).

Furthermore, nothing in this act shall prevent a certified technician from doing any work by virtue of the training given him in the Institutes of Technology governed by the Specialized Schools Act (chapter E-10).
