22.1. The fines belong to the Corporation where it has taken charge of the penal proceedings.
In the last case, the Corporation shall, each year, make a report of the convictions to the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions.

22.1. Fines imposed are the property of the Crown and shall be paid into the Consolidated Revenue Fund or, in the case of a prosecution brought by the Corporation, to the Corporation.
