20.The following acts are declared, but not limitatively, to be derogatory to the honour of the trade, the Corporation being authorized to make similar definitions by regulation:
(1) being convicted of an offence under the Building Act (chapter B-1.1);
(2) wilfully defrauding a customer in the performance of any work or of a contract.

20.The following acts are declared, but not limitatively, to be derogatory to the honour of the trade, the Corporation being authorized to make similar definitions by regulation:
(1) Being found guilty by a court of competent jurisdiction of violations and infractions of the provisions of the Act respecting electrical installations (chapter I-13.01) and of the regulations made thereunder;
(2) Wilfully defrauding a customer in the performance of any work or of a contract.

(1) Being found guilty by a court of competent jurisdiction of violations and infractions of the provisions of the Electricians and Electrical Installations Act (chapter E-4) and of the regulations made thereunder;
(2) Wilfully defrauding a customer in the performance of any work or of a contract.
