16. A master electrician shall have the right to carry on his trade through a company or partnership of which he is a member; the company or partnership shall have the same rights and obligations as if the master electrician were acting personally, provided that it holds license “B” required by the Electricians and Electrical Installations Act (chapter E-4) and complies with the provisions of this act and the regulations of the corporation. The company or partnership must be a member of the corporation, and, as such, shall carry on the trade of electrical contractor.
The Corporation cannot require the company or partnership to have among its shareholders or partners any other electrician than the one who has qualified it for license “B” and admission to the Corporation.
