89. No person whose commercial interests are incompatible with the mission of a marketing board may hold office as a director of that board.

89. No director of a marketing board responsible for the administration of a plan may be a director of an undertaking engaged in processing or trading in the product marketed under the plan, except if the undertaking also engages in the production of the product.
