M-35.1 - Act respecting the marketing of agricultural, food and fish products

Disposition versions
43.1. The Régie shall, at the request of the Minister, give the Minister the opinion required by section 10 of the Food Products Act (chapter P‐29); the opinion shall pertain to the marketing conditions that exist in the sectors of activity covered by the application, the conditions governing milk supply to processing factories and the possible effects that the issue of the permit could have for the dairy industry and consumers.
43.1. The Régie shall, at the request of the Minister, give the Minister the opinion required by section 32 of the Dairy Products and Dairy Products Substitutes Act (chapter P-30) ; the opinion shall pertain to the marketing conditions that exist in the sectors of activity covered by the application, the conditions governing milk supply to processing factories and the possible effects that the issue of the permit could have for the dairy industry and consumers.
