200. The pursuit of a penal remedy shall not affect the right of any interested person to apply for an injunction.

200. The Attorney General and any interested person may pursue any penal remedy under this Act, a by-law of a marketing board or of the Régie, a homologated agreement or an arbitration award.
The pursuit of a remedy shall not affect the right of any interested person to apply for an injunction.
