165. The Régie may, with the signature of its secretary or one of the members, summon any person for examination and require the filing of documents useful for the conduct of an investigation or any matter brought before it.
The secretary or a member of the Régie has the power to require any person examined by the Régie to take an oath.

165. For the purposes of an investigation or public hearing, the Régie may, with the signature of its secretary or one of the members, summon any person for examination and require the filing of documents useful for the conduct of the investigation or hearing.
The secretary or a member of the Régie has the power to require any person examined by the Régie to take an oath or make a solemn affirmation.
