11. The Minister of Health and Social Services is responsible for the administration of this Act.
The Minister responsible for Social Services exercises the functions and responsibilities of the Minister of Health and Social Services in respect of intercountry adoption provided for in this Act. Order in Council 1652-2022 dated 20 October 2022, (2022) 154 G.O. 2 (French), 6520.
