Disposition versions
49. Proceedings to which the Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, the Deputy Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism or any public servant of the Ministère de l’Industrie, du Commerce et du Tourisme is a party are transferred, without continuance of suit, to the Minister of Industry and Commerce or to the Minister of Tourism, according to their respective powers.
