22. (Repealed).

22. The Government may appoint a secretary to the council and determine, as required, his salary, allowances, indemnities or other conditions of employment.
The members of the personnel of the council shall be appointed and remunerated in accordance with the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1).
