17. The Conseil shall study the best means of solving the problems of tourism in Québec, recommend suitable measures to ensure the co-ordination of tourist activities and report its findings to the Minister. It may also, with the authorization of the Gouvernement, have such studies and research works carried out as it deems useful or necessary in the pursuit of its purposes.
