Section 63
Disposition versions
63. Regional development plans, programs and projects developed under Division III of the Act respecting the Ministère du Conseil exécutif (chapter M-30) and the sums allocated for their implementation shall continue to be administered by the Minister. Such plans, programs and projects may be modified or terminated by the Government or by the Minister, according to whether they received government or ministerial approval.
