60. In any other Act and in any regulation, order in council, ministerial order, proclamation, order, contract, agreement, accord or other document, any reference to sections 3.23 to 3.29 of the Act respecting the Ministère du Conseil exécutif (chapter M-30) is a reference to the corresponding provisions of this Act.
