45. The Government may allow that the required signature be affixed by means of an automatic device to the documents determined by the Government, subject to the conditions determined by the Government.
The Government may also allow a facsimile of a signature to be engraved, lithographed or printed on the documents determined by the Government. In such a case, the facsimile shall be authentified by the countersignature of a person authorized by the Minister.
