Disposition versions
43 . The personnel of the department shall consist of the public servants required for the exercise of the functions of the Minister; the public servants shall be appointed and remunerated in accordance with the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1).
The Minister shall determine the duties of the public servants where the law or the Government does not provide therefor.
