11.1. The management by the Minister of the human, physical and financial resources allocated to the courts of justice within the meaning of the Courts of Justice Act (chapter T-16), except municipal courts, to the bodies every member of which is a judge of the Court of Québec, to the Conseil de la magistrature and to the committee on the remuneration of the judges is subject to the provisions of Chapters III and IV and sections 73, 74, 75 and 78 of the Public Administration Act (chapter A-6.01).
However, sections 53, 75 and 78 do not apply to the management of those resources by the courts and bodies referred to in the first paragraph.
