2. The Government, in accordance with the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1), shall appoint a person as Deputy Minister of Public Security.

2. The Government, in accordance with the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1), shall appoint a person as Deputy Solicitor General.
The Deputy Solicitor General shall be the Deputy Minister of the Ministère du Solliciteur général.
