13. Every person who contravenes section 12 is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1 000.

13. Every person who contravenes section 12 is guilty of an offence and liable on summary proceedings, in addition to costs, to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1 000.

13. No officer of the department authorized to obtain information under section 11 shall, on the pretext of doing his duty, obtain or endeavour to obtain information that he is not authorized to obtain under this act, or reveal, without being duly authorized, the information obtained under this act or anything that has come to his knowledge in the exercise of his functions.

Any person who contravenes this section shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary proceeding, in addition to the costs, to a fine of not less than twenty-five nor more than five hundred dollars.
