48. Every employee referred to in section 45 who has been promoted in accordance with that section may, in respect of the application of the rules of classification applicable at the time of the promotion, request that the chairman of the Conseil du trésor take into account the experience and additional years of formal training acquired while the employee was employed by the Fonds pour la formation de chercheurs et l’aide à la recherche or the Fonds de la recherche en santé du Québec.
