7.2. (Repealed).
7.2. The Government may, by letters patent issued under the Great Seal, constitute legal persons having as object the development of research and technology.
The Minister shall table in the National Assembly an order authorizing the issue of letters patent referred to in the first paragraph within 30 days of making the order or, if the Assembly is not sitting, within 30 days of resumption.
Within 90 days of the day on which the order is tabled, the competent standing committee of the National Assembly shall be convened for consideration of the order.
The name of a legal person and its organization, the appointment of its members and their terms of office, remuneration, social benefits and other conditions of employment shall be determined by the Government.
Notice of the constitution of such a legal person shall be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
