16. (Repealed).

16. The subsidies paid by the Government of Canada under agreements made by virtue of section 13 shall not be paid into the consolidated revenue fund of Québec but shall constitute a special fund.
Any subsidies granted by the Government may also be paid into the same fund.
Such special fund shall be managed by the Minister of Finance and the subsidies paid into it and the revenues derived from it shall be invested or deposited by the Conseil du trésor under the control of the Government; the fund and the revenue derived therefrom shall, under the same control, be used for the purposes for which the subsidies were granted.
