2. No person other than a culler licensed under this Act may make measurements of timber cut on lands in the domain of the State.
The culler shall make the measurements in accordance with the standards adopted under the Sustainable Forest Development Act (chapter A-18.1).

2. No person other than a culler licensed under this Act may make measurements of timber cut on lands in the domain of the State.
