Section 131
Disposition versions
131. The regulations, orders in council, agreements, understandings and accords made under Divisions I, II, III, V and VI of the Lotteries and Races Act, the Licenses Act (Revised Statutes, 1964, chapter 79) or under the Licenses Act (chapter L-3) with respect to those provisions of the said Acts which are replaced by section 125, remain in force until they are repealed, replaced or amended by regulations, orders in council, agreements, understandings and accords made under this Act.

The regulations, orders in council, agreements, understandings and accords made under Divisions I, II, III, V and VI of the Lotteries and Races Act, the Licenses Act (Revised Statutes, 1964, chapter 79) or under the Licenses Act (chapter L-3) with respect to those provisions of the said Acts which are replaced by section 125, remain in force until they are repealed, replaced or amended by regulations, orders in council, agreements, understandings and accords made under this Act.
This section comes into force on 1 January 1979 insofar as it concerns the Lotteries and Races Act (1969, chapiter 28). (1978, c. 36, s. 139; Order in Council 4006-78 dated 22 December 1978, (1979) 111 G.O. 2, 543).
The part of this section which has not been proclaimed comes into force on 13 March 1979. (1978, c. 36, s. 139; Order in Council 710-79 dated 13 March 1979, (1979) 111 G.O. 2, 2595).
