105. The clerk of the Court shall, within eight days from the decision on the contestation, send a copy of it, by registered mail, to the board and to the person concerned.
A decision of the Court on a contestation is a final judgment of the Court of Québec within the meaning of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01).
