6. The operator of a tourist accommodation establishment or an outfitting operation may identify rooms where smoking is permitted.
The standards and requirements set out in the second paragraph of section 5 apply to such rooms.

6. The floor space of the areas, the number of rooms or, on premises described in paragraph 8.1 of section 2, the number of seats where smoking is permitted pursuant to sections 4 and 5 may not exceed 40 % of the total floor space or the total number of rooms or seats available for all customers.
Furthermore, the operator of a place or business must, when setting aside such areas or rooms, maximize the protection provided to non-smokers, having regard to the total floor space, use and ventilation of the place.
