49. The operator of a tobacco retail outlet who, in contravention of section 20, omits to declare the retail sale of tobacco or the discontinuance of that activity in the register is liable to a fine of $1,000 to $25,000 and, for a subsequent offence, to a fine of $2,000 to $50,000.

49. The operator of a tobacco retail outlet who, in contravention of section 20, omits to declare the retail sale of tobacco or the discontinuance of that activity in the register is liable to a fine of $300 to $2,000 and, for a subsequent offence, to a fine of $600 to $6,000.

49. A person who contravenes the provisions of section 20 is liable to a fine of $1,000 to $20,000 and, for a subsequent offence, to a fine of $2,000 to $50,000.
