20. The retail sale of tobacco is an activity that must be declared in the register kept in accordance with the Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises (chapter P-44.1) within 30 days after the commencement of the operations of a tobacco retail outlet.
The discontinuance of that activity must be declared in the same register within 30 days after its occurrence.

20. The retail sale of tobacco is an activity that must be declared in the register kept in accordance with the Act respecting the legal publicity of sole proprietorships, partnerships and legal persons (chapter P-45) within 30 days after the commencement of the operations of a tobacco retail outlet.
The discontinuance of that activity must be declared in the same register within 30 days after its occurrence.

20. Subject to section 16, no sale of tobacco may be made except in the physical presence of the vendor and the purchaser.
This section does not apply to sales of tobacco between a manufacturer or distributor of tobacco products and a retailer.
