72. When a corporation infringes this act or any regulation, every officer, director, employee or agent of such corporation who prescribed or authorized the commission of the offence, or who assented thereto or acquiesced or participated therein, is deemed a party to the offence and is liable to the same penalty as that provided for the corporation, whether or not such corporation has been prosecuted or convicted.
