71. Any person who infringes any provision of this act or of the regulations or refuses to comply with an order given under this act or the regulations is guilty of an offence and liable, upon summary proceeding, in addition to payment of the costs, to a fine of not more than twenty-five thousand dollars in the case of an individual and not more than twenty-five to fifty thousand dollars in the case of a corporation, for each day that the offence continues.
Part II of the Summary Convictions Act shall apply to such proceedings.
