54. A body is constituted under the name of “Société d’exploitation des loteries et courses du Québec”.
The Corporation shall be a corporation within the meaning of the Civil Code and shall have the general powers of such a corporation, with such special powers as are assigned to it by this act.
To come into force, the by-laws of the Corporation must be approved by the Gouvernement.
