19. Not later than the 30th of June each year, the Board shall submit to the Minister of Justice a report on its activities for the previous fiscal year. The Minister shall lay such report before the Assemblée nationale within thirty days after receipt thereof if it is in session or, if it is not, within thirty days after the opening of the next session.
