16. None of the extraordinary recourses provided in articles 834 to 850 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall be exercised and no injunction shall be granted against the Board or against the members of the Board acting in their official capacity.
Two judges of the Court of Appeal, upon motion, may annul summarily any writ, order or injunction issued or granted contrary to the preceding paragraph.
