80. (1)  Immediately after the printing of the list for each polling subdivision, the returning officer shall furnish twenty copies thereof to the persons mentioned in subsection 3 of section 74 and forward twenty copies to the director general of elections.
During an election period, the returning officer shall send twenty copies of the printed list to each regularly nominated candidate.
(2)  Not later than Saturday of the second week after that during which the annual enumeration is made, and not later than twenty-two days before polling day where a second revision takes place, the returning officer shall deliver to each dwelling a copy of the electoral list of the polling subdivision.

During an election period, the returning-officer shall send twenty copies of the printed list to each regularly nominated candidate.
(2)  Not later than Saturday of the second week following that during which the annual enumeration has taken place, nor later than Saturday of the week following that of the issue of the writs of election when a second revision is made, the returning-officer shall forward by mail to each elector one printed copy of the list for his polling-subdivision.
However, if more than one elector bearing the same surname resides in the same dwelling, he shall only be bound to send a copy of the list to one of them.
