77. As soon as the printed electoral lists are received after the annual enumeration, the returning officer shall, within fifteen days, have sent free of charge to every municipality and school board a copy of the list so printed of each polling subdivision comprised in the territory of each one.
He shall also and on the same conditions send to the sheriff of the judicial district comprised in whole or in part in the electoral division a duplicate of each electoral list of the municipalities contemplated in section 7 of the Jurors Act (chapter J-2).
