L-4.1 - Act respecting electoral lists

60. (1)  During the enumeration, the enumerators, being duly sworn, shall, by joint house-to-house visit, in the polling subdivision assigned to them, working together, gather the surnames, given names, addresses, professions or occupations and ages of the persons qualified to vote at the end of the period of revision.
(2)  Only the names of the persons domiciled in the dwelling visited may be entered, and the entry must be made in the dwelling itself.

60. (1)  At the time of the enumeration, the enumerators, being duly sworn, shall, by joint house-to-house visit, in the polling-subdivision assigned to them, working together, gather the surnames, Christian names, addresses, professions or occupations and ages of the persons qualified to vote according to section 48, omitting the persons mentioned in section 49.
(2)  Only the names of the persons domiciled in the dwelling visited may be entered, and the entry must be made in the dwelling itself.
