59. (1)  In urban polling subdivisions, the enumerators shall begin the annual enumeration at nine hours on the fourth Monday following Labour Day and terminate it not later than Thursday of the same week.
(2)  Where an enumeration must be made during an election period, the enumerators must begin it at nine hours, on Tuesday of the fifth week preceding that of the polling and terminate it not later than Friday of the same week.
