445. (1)  Any person who wrongfully makes an accusation of personation or issues a warrant of arrest against any person accused wrongfully of personation or executes a warrant of arrest issued against a person wrongfully accused of personation shall incur no liability if he acts in good faith.
(2)  If he acts in bad faith, he shall be liable to the penalties enacted by section 405, in addition to the penalties and damages for which he may be liable under this act or any other law.
