425. In any prosecution, action or proceeding for a corrupt practice, it shall be sufficient to allege that the defendant, at the election at or in connection with which the offence is alleged to have been committed, was guilty of a corrupt practice, describing it by the name given to it by this act or otherwise, as the case requires.
