423. (1)  Every association committing an offence against this act shall be liable to a fine of three times that provided for the same offence committed by a natural person.
(2)  Such fine may be recovered by execution upon the property of the association.
(3)  Whenever an association fails to satisfy the condemnation and has no property or insufficient property to satisfy the same, the amount or the balance of the unpaid fine and costs shall be recoverable with costs, by civil action before the competent court, from the person or persons constituting such association and who participated in the offence; the action in recovery against such person or persons shall be prescribed by six months from the date of the last useful proceeding directed against the delinquent association.
