422. (1)  If one of the witnesses, on whose testimony a person has forfeited his political rights by the application of this act, is afterward convicted of having perjured himself in his testimony, such person may apply by petition to the court that convicted the witness of perjury for an order rehabilitating such person.
(2)  The court, upon being satisfied that such disqualification was procured by reason of such perjury, shall grant such application and such disqualification shall terminate accordingly.
