421. Every person other than a candidate who, in any proceeding in which he has had an opportunity of being heard after notice of the charge, has been found guilty of any corrupt practice shall, during the six years next after the time at which he is found guilty, be disqualified from being elected to or sitting in the Assemblée nationale and from voting at any election of a member of that Assemblée and from holding any office or employment in the appointment of the Gouvernement.
