414. Subject to the provisions of Division XXII and to Chapter II of the Act to govern the financing of political parties (chapter F-2), every promise and contract, in any way relating to, arising out of or depending upon any election under this act, even for the payment of lawful expenses or the doing of some lawful act, shall be null and void.

414. Subject to the provisions of Divisions XXI and XXII, every executory contract, promise or undertaking, in any way relating to, arising out of or depending upon any election under this act, even for the payment of lawful expenses or the doing of some lawful act, shall be null and void.
