376. It is forbidden to use during the polling day, except after the closing of the polls, any permit issued under the Act respecting the Commission de contrôle des permis d’alcool in any polling-subdivision in which a poll is situated; whoever infringes this section is guilty of an offence and is liable, in addition, to the costs, to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than three hundred dollars and, for a second offence, to a fine of five hundred to one thousand dollars, and for any subsequent offence, to a fine of one thousand to two thousand dollars.
