373. (1)  No person shall furnish or supply any person with any ensign, standard, banner or other flag, with intent that it shall be carried or used in an electoral district on polling-day, as a party flag to distinguish the bearer thereof or those who follow it as the supporters of any candidate, or of the political or other opinions entertained or supposed to be entertained by such candidate.
(2)  No person shall for any reason carry or use any ensign, standard, banner or other flag, as a party flag within an electoral district on the polling-day.
