R. S. 1964, c. 7, s. 36; 1977, c. 11, s. 132; 1979, c. 56, s. 256.
37. (1)  Every election shall be instituted by a writ of election according to form 2.
(2)  Such writ shall bear such date and shall be returned within such delay as the Gouvernement has determined.
(3)  It shall be addressed, by the director general of elections, to the returning-officer.
