361. Every candidate, election officer, agent of a candidate and elector in attendance at the counting of the votes shall maintain and aid in maintaining the secrecy of the voting; and no such person shall attempt, at such counting, to ascertain the name of the candidate for whom an elector has voted or communicate to anyone any information obtained at such counting in this respect.
