327. (Replaced).
R. S. 1964, c. 7, s. 319; 1979, c. 56, s. 256.
327. The judge shall, as far as practicable, proceed continuously with the addition and recount of the votes, excepting Sundays, the time required for the midday meal and the hours between seventeen hours and ten hours in the succeeding forenoon. Nevertheless the addition and recount of the votes may, with the consent of the judge and the interested parties, be carried on after seventeen hours or before ten hours.
